Covid-19 Hawthorne School District Information Page
The Hawthorne School District has partnered with Monarch Diagnostics, Inc. to offer free COVID-19 testing at our Prairie Vista South campus. PCR testing will be conducted for all participants, with rapid antigen testing being performed upon request.
Testing is available for students, staff, and community members. Appointments are not necessary and registrations can be completed either in advance or upon arrival. Register here for testing, or scan the QR code below.
